TMS 001 is a mallet style putter made of soft stainless steel and painted. It has a head weight of 380 grams. The face is polished smooth. It is a good choice for people who like a heavier putter.
It works well for belly and long putters. Standard lie is 72 degrees but can be adjusted flat or upright as much as two degrees. Standard loft is between 0 and 2 degrees, adjustments are possible but are rarely necessary. Persons who prefer to strike the ball with their hands well ahead may want to have additional loft added.
The TMS 001 comes with a steel shaft and a very nice Karakal red and black rubber grip. The light weight grip is designed to enhance the golfer's performance. It remains the same weight as a normal putter, so maintaining the balance of the putter, and this helps the golfer to make better putts by reducing the need to grip the putter too tightly.
